My goal is to understand your experience and needs in order to support you in a way that feels beneficial. I will listen to and help you process anything you want to share with unconditional support and acceptance. I work with clients managing anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity struggles, disordered eating, adjustment difficulties and attachment trauma. I believe in the importance of providing culturally sensitive, affirmative care and work with a diverse group of clients. I am a skilled couples therapist and enjoy helping partners work through barriers to a healthy relationship.
