Many of my clients are navigating the impact of childhood trauma, substance use, or grief. Some are moving through significant life transitions: separation, loss, career changes, or parenting, while trying to stay connected to their sense of self. Others are exploring their identities, who they are, and the meaning of life. They may be reclaiming pieces of themselves that were hidden, denied, or dismissed. These clients often arrive at therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or alone. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts. Others feel emotionally shut down & disconnected.
