I am a Registered Psychotherapist supporting adults (21+) across Ontario, Canada, many of whom are navigating high levels of responsibility in their personal and professional lives. People often come to therapy when their usual coping strategies are no longer sustainable. They may be experiencing burnout, anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions alongside work, caregiving, or ongoing demands. Many are leaders, caregivers, and professionals seeking a more grounded way forward. I also support neurodiverse adults and those navigating chronic illness, disability, women’s health concerns, menopause, and midlife transitions.
