Need help? We all do at some point in our lives. I am here to walk you through whatever problems you may be facing. I have expertise and a special interest in working with children and youth with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, as well as, with parents who are struggling with common parenting issues including managing their child's negative behaviors and improving the relationship with their child. I also have experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety/stress, depression, poor self-esteem, body-image issues, trauma, and relationship issues.
