At Roots Therapy, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where teens and adults can begin to make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and bring specialized expertise in childhood and family trauma, including how these experiences shape how we show up as parents, partners, and in relationships. My work has been shaped by years of supporting children, youth, and families through complex and often overwhelming situations, giving me a deep understanding of how early experiences can influence how we feel, relate, and cope.
