Something in you brought you here. Maybe it's bone deep exhaustion or the feeling that you've drifted from yourself and your instincts. Or perhaps your body is tense and your inner life is crowded out by the demands of parenting, relationships, or simply surviving. Maybe old wounds or patterns have started to surface and you're ready, finally, to turn toward them. I work with individuals, couples, children and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the weight of being human. My work includes parents who are stretched thin, women who are ready to reconnect with their intuition, and families finding their way.
