Often through compassionate and curious exploration you can begin to see yourself and experiences in a different way. I specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy, somatic-based therapy, mindfulness and EMDR, and through these approaches I look to empower you and help you to achieve the goals that you have in mind for your therapeutic process. With over 18 years of experience, mainly supporting around trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
