Sober from alcohol since 2011, I’m Amber, a compassionate addictions counselor and mental health professional dedicated to helping people create lasting change. I specialize in addiction recovery, but my work often goes far beyond that. Many of my clients come to me for support with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed and stuck in old patterns. As someone who has achieved and maintained sobriety, I understand firsthand how deeply personal the healing journey is. My own experience allows me to meet clients with empathy, understanding, and hope.
