Currently accepting new clients. I support adults wadults in the areas of trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation, from a perspective that honours healing as a whole-person process: body, mind, and spirit. My approach integrates trauma-focused modalities like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy with ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. Where appropriate and desired, sessions can also incorporate body-based practices such as trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, energy work, and yoga nidra. Beyond individual work, I offer community-based programming for those looking to go deeper.
