I work with folks experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma related to society, family, relationships, life transitions, etc. Many of my clients have survived an adverse childhood and are now learning to thrive in the present day. After our work together, the majority of my clients experience more joy, have improved the quality of their relationships, and feel more empowered to move through difficult life challenges.
