Hi there, I'm Amanda! As a therapist, I am passionate about helping children, teens and adults work through life's struggles, and make goals with them that will help them live a life that aligns with their values and beliefs. I work with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, creating an individualized treatment plan with the client to respond to their concerns, as well as anxiety and mood-related concerns, life transitions, and women's health and auto-immune concerns. I bring personal experience, education and training and empathy into my work with each of my clients to ensure a safe space, and an individualized approach.
