My approach is grounded in an attachment lens, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, AEDP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, trauma-informed care, and attention to each person’s unique cultural background and lived experiences. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, and I value taking the time to understand what feels most helpful for you.
