Maybe you look successful and put-together on the outside, but inside you're anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally numb, just getting through the day. You might be burnt out, disconnected, or constantly second-guessing yourself, and you're ready for something to shift. I work with adults and couples who want real change. Many of my clients are millennial professionals juggling demanding careers, complicated relationships, and the invisible weight of anxiety, emotional exhaustion, trauma, or neurodivergence.
