We are all on a journey, our own journey. Sometimes that journey has bumps, twists, turns, and roadblocks that are super tough. Having someone to ride along beside you on your journey, even just for a short time, can be helpful. I have 24+ years experience supporting young people with a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, behavioural struggles, emotional regulation, self-esteem, authentic self, parent-child relationships, and substance abuse. I love to walk young people through the exploration of their story and to encourage them to become the best version of themselves.
