I work primarily with children and youth, ages 3 to 18, offering a safe, supportive space to explore emotions and build resilience. I tailor my approach to meet each child’s developmental needs, from preschoolers to teens. Many of my clients face challenges like anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, or family dynamics, coming from diverse family backgrounds. I also collaborate closely with caregivers to foster healthy relationships and provide compassionate, inclusive care that respects each family's unique journey.
