Life can throw curveballs. In each session, I aim to provide tools customized to each individual to help work through life’s many challenges. I strive to create a serene and warm environment that allows individuals to feel comfortable and secure while working toward their counseling goals throughout Suffolk County, Nassau County, Long Island, and virtual therapy across New York. Throughout sessions, I utilize honest, transparent, and person centered approaches while implementing realistic CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic techniques to help clients build coping skills and emotional resilience.
