Throughout my 14 years working in the mental health field, I have learned that the process of therapy is as unique as the people who choose to take this brave journey into themselves. Challenges and difficulties are a reality of life, and therapy is geared toward supporting you as you address uncomfortable feelings or other Psychological needs as you move toward relief. As a non-judgemental member of your team, we will look at using the skills and strengths you already have to become more present and aware in your life. Because wellness is different for everyone, please know that no struggles are too small for therapy.
