Brown Counselling and Therapy Services is a team of qualified therapists who are passionate about working alongside you to provide the tools to help you navigate through life's up and downs. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to express themselves in a non-judgemental environment, through empathetic listening and a client-centered approach. Together, we will collaboratively establish goals for your therapy. Afterwards, I can help you recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and interrupt unhelpful patterns.
