As a Perinatal Mental Health therapist, I understand the unique challenges that come with parenthood. Drawing from my personal experiences, I strive to create a safe, relatable space where you can feel seen and heard. My goal is to help parents navigate the transition into parenthood and their ongoing healing journeys, emphasizing the importance of inner child work and sustainable self-care practices. I support parents who are trying to conceive, birth and reproductive Trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy after loss, postpartum adjustment, and mothers and fathers trying to find themselves again after becoming parents.
