I provide a supportive space for teens and adults navigating life's highs and lows, whether that means processing past experiences, strengthening relationships, or simply learning to treat yourself with a little more kindness. No goal is too ambitious when it comes to growth and change in therapy. Together, we will honour what you are feeling, celebrate every step forward no matter how small, and build a toolkit of coping strategies to lean on through difficult times. I work with clients facing stress, ADHD, PMDD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, and I would be glad to walk alongside you.
