In addition to Psychotherapy services I also offer clinical supervision to qualifying therapists. I feel grateful for the opportunity to offer my clients a safe and collaborative space where they can feel heard, supported and validated. In facing such difficult times, there is a need now more than ever to ensure we take care of our Mental Health. Each client has their own subjective experiences that deserve the chance to be explored and met with empathy. Together we can practice a way of coping that works specifically for you, and your needs.
