Hello, I’m Alyssa, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) holding a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor. I am passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel deeply heard and understood. Grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I believe that you bring your own unique strengths and resilience to the therapeutic process. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
