We have new office space at 1900 City Park Drive, Ottawa for in-person services 5 days per week. I am a Certified Psychologist and Certified Couple and Family Therapist in Ontario. I offer virtual and in-person psychological services to teens and adults, couples, and families who are having difficulty managing their emotions and thought patterns, building healthy relationships, or adjusting to the challenges of life, including grief and loss. My small team and I are flexible and client-centered in our approach, accepting and goal-oriented.
