I work with my clients to understand how early experiences with caregivers shape their expectations and interactions in romantic relationships. Many young women who come to me feel trapped in a cycle—moving from one relationship to the next, repeating familiar dynamics that leave them feeling unfulfilled, anxious, or even broken. At the core of these experiences is often a longing for connection, love, and security that goes unmet.
