Hello and welcome! I understand it can feel scary and isolating when living through adverse or challenging experiences in your life whether past or present. Most important to our work together is creating a space that is yours, and supports healing emotionally, physically and spiritually. My 10+ years of experience within the mental health system has provided me opportunity to work extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression and relational issues. My approach can be described as empowering, motivational and respectful of each individual’s intrinsic value and strengths. I am a proud ally and member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community .
