Hi, I’m excited to meet you! I am a consent-based and trauma-informed therapist, grounded in deep respect for each person's stories, strengths, and complexities. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, creating space for you to show up fully. In addition to virtual and in-office, I will soon offer nature-based sessions in Ottawa. These outdoor sessions offer a grounding alternative to traditional therapy and can open new pathways to growth. I offer individual, couples, & family therapy. I understand that family can take many forms, and I’m interested in hearing about the people and relationships that matter in your life.
