I find deep fulfillment in working with women, who often carry a distinct set of pressures — career, body image, reproductive transitions, or how they're perceived and valued as they age. I help women build language for what they're experiencing and move through these transitions with more clarity and self-trust. With men experiencing anxiety, I look at where they are in their life's journey — the tasks, roles, and expectations of that particular season, whether that's career pressure, becoming a father, or shifting family responsibilities.
