Trauma is an injury that can heal, and now we can measure it. I'm Allen Kanerva, a former military pilot and humanitarian worker turned trauma coach and educator. I've served in Iraq, Uganda, Israel, the Sinai, Kenya, Sudan, and Somalia, and worked closely with Indigenous communities navigating profound trauma. I've studied trauma extensively and struggled personally, and I no longer do. The trauma-focused NLP intervention I teach is designed to produce results in less time, without re-traumatization. Clinicians I trained across Canada and the U.S. now report success rates above 94%.
