I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, and that it should be accessible to all. Starting counselling can be scary, intimidating and overwhelming, and that is okay. At Art of Thriving I seek to create space where we can go on a journey together towards building a stronger relationship with yourself and building towards your goals. I don't believe that there is only one form of therapy that works for everyone. What I seek to do is learn from you, and create an approach around the unique individual that you are. You are the expert of your own reality, and I am here to just assist you in your journey.
