Alexis has supported clients from different cultures and ethnicities through anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress and burnout, chronic pain, trauma and PTSD, abuse, relational stressors, communication obstacles, mood swings, developmental disabilities, and more. In goal setting with clients, she explores what is going positively, and then what clients would like to change through shifts toward responsibility, actionable tools, and emotional processing, while maintaining a compassionate lens of the self.
