If you're struggling with the effects of relationship trauma, attachment wounds, or finding it difficult to feel like yourself after years of suppressing who you really are, I’d be glad to support you in easing that pain. I work from an IFS-informed lens and often use inner child work to help clients reconnect to their authentic self. I've also helped individuals navigate painful family dynamics, emotionally unavailable partners, or environments where they were never fully seen. I now offer psychotherapy across Ontario.
