I am a firm believer that we are the experts of our own lives and hold many of the solutions to issues that may be causing us distress. Unfortunately, when life becomes overwhelming, we don’t feel like experts at much of anything and even the simplest tasks can feel impossible. When this happens, having someone guide us through the fog can make all of the difference. My role is to work with you to gain insight and find those solutions from within, while providing you with support, coping strategies and humour to make this process more enjoyable.
