I work with individuals looking to make sense of their childhood. Often, we don’t even remember much of our childhood, but at some point we realize that what we’re feeling or doing, just isn’t serving us the way we want it to anymore. We crave intimacy and healthy loving relationships but the more we make moves towards them, the harder it becomes to feel understood or seen within them. Sometimes we even begin to just feel completely disconnected from our authentic self and unable to relate. I work with people across the lifespan to create self-compassion, meaning and become their fullest self.
