Welcome to Therapy Heals! I have 10 over years of practice supporting individuals through counselling, therapy, advocacy, and system navigation. My clinical work includes supporting diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, parenting and co-parenting concerns, separation and divorce, anger and stress management, low self-esteem, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and begin to make sense of what they are going through.
