Beginning therapy, or returning to it, is a significant decision and can feel difficult. Each person, and each couple, arrives with a distinct history and set of needs. Our work focuses on identifying patterns and beliefs linked to distress, including concerns related to addiction, trauma, relationship conflict, or identity and minority stress, and building practical pathways toward change. I offer a safe, affirming, client-centred space with a paced, collaborative approach. You do not have to do this alone.
