Many of the people who work with me are thoughtful, insightful individuals who have spent years trying to understand themselves. They are often the people others rely on, the caretakers, peacekeepers, and problem-solvers who carry a great deal while asking for very little in return. Many have attended therapy before, read the books, and developed insight into their patterns, yet still feel stuck. They are often less likely to ask, "What's wrong with everyone else?" and more likely to ask, "What's wrong with me?"
