By exploring our values and bringing our actions into alignment with them, meaningful change can occur. My role is to support you in working through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, unresolved emotional pain, substance abuse, or other significant life events, so you can move beyond the challenges holding you back and toward the life you want to live.
