I am a solution-focused and goal-oriented therapist who also loves to use humor in my sessions. I emphasize both self-acceptance and change, creating action-oriented plans tailored to the needs of those I work with. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances and intricacies enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preferences.
