I work with people who are struggling to make sense of how they’re feeling—whether experiencing stress, burnout, mental health symptoms, or they simply don’t feel like themselves anymore. My goal is to help empower people to find a way forward. If you’re feeling anxious, down, angry, stressed, are grieving, struggling with a trauma, or experiencing parenting or relationship challenges, we'll work collaboratively to reach your goals.
