Psychotherapy is an individualized service to help someone in an impasse in life. Anyone may get stuck in efforts like: a young child in school, a student with academic challenges, an adolescent with identity questions, or an adult dealing with loss or career choices or trying to maintain an intimate relationship. Each person is unique, so that we will first spend some time understanding you, developing trust, and establishing initial directions for our joint efforts. Therapy may vary in length, depending on what your concerns are: a few sessions, a few months, or more extended if to your benefit.
