About

I am a licensed psychotherapist using narrative therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma therapy, to help queer and transgender adults and teens navigate identity exploration, address anxiety and depression, and heal from past trauma. Since 2016, I have provided therapy to people seeking support across a wide variety of settings, from crisis units and schools to hospital and community clinics. I believe therapy is most healing when we co-create a nonjudgmental space to explore how problems are showing up in our lives and to find our preferred ways of being in the world.
