Many people who live with complex trauma or dissociation have spent years feeling misunderstood, alone, fearful, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. At its most extreme, dissociation presents as DID, and as a result of severe childhood trauma. Therapy can offer a space where these experiences are approached with connection, curiosity, compassion, and expertise. I specialize in working with adults experiencing PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation, and dissociative disorders, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Additionally, I specialize in working with clients who have experienced ritual abuse.
