I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples in New York City who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I provide a safe, supportive space to gently process difficult experiences, reduce overwhelming symptoms, and rebuild safety in your body and relationships. I specialize in EMDR therapy and integrate Trauma-Focused CBT, CPT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together we will address attachment wounds, break unhelpful patterns, and navigate life transitions with care and honesty. My goal is to help you feel more resilient, connected, and hopeful.
