Hello, welcome to my page on psychology today. I'm a seasoned Clinical Psychologist working at Stony Brook University Hospital in their Outpatient Department. My work is eclectic and integrated between a dynamic perspective and integrative CBT. I work with people who want to learn to feel ok with their experiences, regulate their emotions, and create a more satisfying life. It is my clinical intention to help resolve the problems that prevent them from achieving these goals. I believe in empowering people to help themselves through self-understanding. Only when we know what is wrong do we have the potential to change it.
