I don't view my clients through a lens of good or bad; rather, I see them with compassion and empathy, believing everyone has the potential to improve and contribute to society. I trust in the power of agency—that each person can create monumental change, build resiliency, and overcome adversities. Working from a holistic approach, I guide clients to feel a sense of life's preciousness, which I believe is foundational to therapeutic success; I aim to help them reconnect with their inner light and their unique potential to thrive, free from judgment. We also work to externalize their struggles, so they are no longer defined by them.
