Hi there, I'm Abbi, a Registered Social Worker. I have been working in the not for profit world as a counsellor with children and families since 2009. I truly enjoy the work I do. My role is to support you in gaining a better understanding of yourself, learning to listen to what uncomfortable emotions like fear, sadness, anger, guilt or grief are trying to tell you. I work with women's health such as infertility, postpartum, pregnancy loss, parenting and trauma. I enjoy working with teens and adults with anxiety, depression, substance use, general stress or performance related anxiety. Please reach out with any questions.
