I work with people who are ready to slow down, take a closer look at what’s really going on inside, and start untangling the patterns that keep showing up. My approach is curious, supportive, and human. I am going to show up exactly as I am, because that is what I ask of you! This is a space that you and I get to create together. I’m simply here to help you make sense of your experiences without an ounce of judgement, so you can authentically start to understand and support yourself a little bit more everyday.
