Something brought you here. Maybe a pattern you keep returning to, a weight you've been carrying quietly, or a sense that there's more beneath the surface than you've had space to explore. You don't need to arrive with the right words. You just need to be willing to look. I offer a space that is slow, attentive, and genuinely relational. My work is depth-oriented, which means we're not just managing symptoms, we're curious about what they're pointing toward. Many of my clients describe feeling seen in a way they hadn't before, and finding language for things they couldn't quite hold on their own.
